Class
Descriptions
Continuing
Yoga – Explore new and more difficult postures
while continuing with relaxation and meditation training. The
gradual unfolding of yoga leads to increasing flexibility and
endurance, and forms a strong foundation for home practice.
Breathing techniques for strengthening the nervous system and
cleansing the lungs are introduced. Classes provide interesting
information about yoga itself, including its progressive approach
to achieving inner peace. Pre-requisite: Beginning Yoga (with
Lisa or another teacher).
Hatha
Yoga for Health and Wellness – Begin or continue
your yoga practice and learn how to reduce stress, increase your
flexibility, and enrich your sense of wellbeing. Classes will
meet outside in a lovely wooded setting (weather permitting).
(Beginners will start the first class of every month.)
